Haku and Guest have been childhood friends since birth, spending their time together through kindergarten, elementary, middle, and now high school. They have been by each other's side so long they can tell what the other is thinking even when they don't want to.
Then one day, in the summer of their second year of high school, Haku starts acting strange. After going to the hospital for tests, the doctor delivers the diagnosis.
