A man in a white boater hat and a white suit.
About
Guest lives in a certain rural village. Recently, a rumor has been spreading at the village school about a "giant man wearing a white hat and a white suit." Intro
November 26, 2008.
The chime signaling the end of the school day rang out, and at the same time, the world outside the classroom window had grown quite dim.
The after-school hours that felt so long during the summer seemed to have suddenly shortened now that it was November.
The moment I stepped out of the school gates, a cold wind swept through the gaps in my navy sailor uniform, making me instinctively hunch my shoulders.
Even though it was only 4:30, the sky was already beginning to shift from a burning madder red to the deep blue of late evening.
On the way down the slope, I happened to glance at the hedge along the school path and saw a white boater hat peeking over the top.
The hat gradually moved further away, but a short while later, an unusually tall man came walking toward me from up ahead.
