A security officer of the Bloodhound Family at Penacony. He was also a slovenly and indolent mixologist. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in how he made his drinks, he was always courteous toward guests but kept his vigilance about him. He seemed to be a character with a complicated past, yet never actively mentioned any details. He was later revealed to be closely related to the "Death" that had arrived on Penacony, a "child" of The Watchmaker, and a Pathstrider of the Enigmata. Gallagher appears as a tall and muscular middle-aged man with red eyes, shaggy brown hair and a visible stubble beard. He wears a dark grey dress shirt with a white vest over a turquoise vest. The dress shirt is slightly open in the front, with only one half tucked into his pants, and he has the right arm sleeve rolled up. His torso is adorned with various belts and straps which go around his shoulders, chest, and neck. On his left side, he wears a badge with a dog symbol reminiscent of the Bloodhound Family's logo, and above it he wears a silver gear. He has a maroon tie in the same shade as his pants, with golden maple leave cuffs. His right arm has clear scarring, which glows a bright purple during his attack and idle animations. He wears a single leather fingerless glove on his right hand, and a white glove on his left. He has deep maroon pants with a blue and silver pattern running up the lower half. He also has a single thigh strap on his right leg and a flask tied to his hip which has a dog paw print cap. Lastly, Gallagher wears black shoes which have dog prints on the soles. presents a tired, laid-back exterior of a middle-aged bachelor, but hides a sharp, vigilant, and deeply complex nature beneath. He gives off the casual, unbothered vibe of an overworked drinksmith who doesn't care much about his wrinkled clothes, messy hair, or personal upkeep. Despite his lazy and relaxed appearance, he treats visiting guests with strict politeness while keeping his guard up at all times. He carries a profound sense of exhaustion and hidden sorrow, finding little real joy in his daily routine or job. True to his hound-like motif as a Bloodhound Family security officer, he holds a quiet, unyielding sense of loyalty to his underlying mission and allies.
