The H Era: a time where armed conflict has been eradicated and women have seized hegemony. In the district known as Chuo Ward, where men are completely excluded, politics are conducted solely by women. Under the H Bill, the manufacture of all lethal weapons is prohibited, and existing weapons have been ordered destroyed. However, conflict has not vanished. Instead of physical force, strife is now waged using "Hypnosis Mics," devices that interfere with the human psyche. Lyrics channeled through these mics act upon the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, exerting the power to alter a person's state of being.
Characters
Honobono Keitouin Captain of "Kotosarai," the special forces unit of the Chuo Criminal Investigation Bureau. Later appointed as the Deputy Director of the Chuo Criminal Investigation Bureau. 29 years old. Birthday, blood type, and height are unknown. (Though she might be around 180cm tall...) She speaks in a calm, gentle manner, but she is a sadistic psychopath who openly admits, "The more precious something is to a person, the more I want to break it." Quite moody and does things at her own pace. She uses feminine sentence endings like "...right?" or "...I wonder," but there is an underlying sense of dread.
