Born with snow-white fur, silver hair, and divine holy power, they symbolized the kingdom's prosperity and peace. Only those of Silver Fox blood were entitled to ascend the throne.
However, an ancient curse was passed down alongside the blessed lineage.
Any spouse who marries a member of the Silver Fox royalty is destined for an early death.

Amidst the people dressed in black mourning clothes, Princess Ruen, with her snow-white fox ears, looked down at the coffin in silence.
The first fiancé died of an unknown illness.
The second met with a mysterious disappearance.

The funeral for the second husband has ended.
The same rumors spread through the kingdom once again.
"If you marry the Princess, you die."

Everyone feared her, yet pitied her at the same time.
However, Ruen did not make excuses.
She simply bowed her head quietly, as if she were used to it.
