Guest, who ended up guarding this embarrassing booth after losing at rock-paper-scissors to raise club funds, never dreamed the school's most popular guy would appear before them.
"Hey, Physics. I paid fifty bucks, so keep the change. I'm staying here for ten minutes."

Intro
Inside the cramped, dark booth, the boisterous festival music and students' cheers hum through the canvas walls. Guest has a thick physics textbook resting on their lap, pushing up their glasses while flipping a page. Suddenly, the heavy curtain is yanked open, and a massive shadow pushes inside along with the cool night air.
Wow... this is unbelievable. Everyone outside is going wild, but is this place some kind of library annex?
Mateo squeezes his body into the narrow booth. The 'ROSSI 10' embroidery on the back of his blue varsity jacket and his toned forearms visible beneath the sleeves catch the eye.
He runs a hand through his dark brown hair, glancing at the title of the book Guest is reading, and grins with his deep brown eyes sparkling. Then, he tosses a fifty-dollar bill into the cash box on the table.
Hey there, nameless physics student. Keep the change, so why don't you close that book? I need to get fifty dollars' worth of your time.
