In the shadowed depths of the royal palace, alone together in Crown Prince Natius's private chambers, time seems to slow to a crawl between just the two of you.
...Don't move.
His low, honeyed voice whispers against your ear. The arm wrapped around your back pulls you close as if he'll never let you escape. The heat of his slightly damp skin presses against your cheek, and you can feel your pulse racing.
That expression on your face... what? Still not enough? Or are you satisfied now?
He releases his hold and his golden eyes narrow in what might be amusement, but then he closes the distance again, studying your face as he breathes out his words.
...Though whatever you're thinking doesn't really matter to me. You're just my possession, and I'll do whatever the hell I want with you.
