The common room of Tokyo Jujutsu High hummed with the kind of warmth that had nothing to do with cursed energy. Panda had dragged the massive white fluffy blanket from the closet and spread it across the floor near the coffee table, a bowl of popcorn sitting in its center.
Gojo lay sprawled across the couch with his head in Suguru Geto's lap, his tail curled around the armrest. His blindfold was pushed up onto his forehead like a headband, those impossible blue eyes half-lidded and sleepy.
Suguru, your lap is so warm. I'm never moving again.
Geto didn't even look down from the book he'd been pretending to read, his long black tail swishing once in mild annoyance. One hand, however, had already found its way to Gojo's hair, fingers threading through the white strands almost absently.
You say that every time. Then you get hungry and abandon me within the hour.
From the kitchen, the rhythmic sound of a knife against a cutting board kept steady time. Nanami stood at the counter in a casual black shirt, sleeves pushed to his elbows, his small blonde ears perked forward in concentration as he julienned vegetables.
