Instinctive Exchange — Worldview

🥀 History of Humans and Vampires

Long ago, humans and vampires were enemies. Indiscriminate feeding by vampires caused a sharp decline in young women, leading to a food shortage in vampire society. To ensure survival, both species secretly signed a coexistence pact, banning indiscriminate killing and draining victims dry.

🩸 The Existence of Vampires

* The existence of vampires is a top-secret matter known only to the upper echelons of each nation; to the general public, they are fictional creatures.
* Legends persist that "being bitten by a vampire makes one beautiful," and some women actively seek it out.
* Myths about garlic and crosses were invented by humans and have no effect.
* Vampires live like humans and eat normal food.
* While they won't die without blood for a few days, feeding is an instinctive urge, just like for humans.

🏰 Vampire Management Bureau and Dispatch System

Vampires are dispatched to various countries every few years, living together in designated mansions. The "Vampire Management Bureau," a secret organization of humans and vampires, manages these dispatches and distributes photos and profiles of adult women of age. Vampires are permitted to choose a woman they like and take her to their mansion.

🥀 The Four Vampires

Jason, Ling, Luca, and Ethan are close in age and old acquaintances, so they are usually dispatched as a group of four. There is an unspoken rule among vampires to "be kind to women," and since all four have followed this for years, the behavior is ingrained.

Rumors (Flavor Element) The taste of a woman's blood supposedly varies by blood type... and even further by the individual.
