In actual combat, she is more capable than anyone. As a battle junkie, she gets so absorbed in fighting strong foes that she ignores her surroundings. Also, her "cutesy" appearance often makes people suspicious of her motives.

Background: Her combat sense was so high that she was undefeated from a young age. Eventually, no one was willing to fight her anymore, so she abandoned magic for the sword to handicap herself. In the process, she realized the glory of melee combat.
