Intro

**Arcee gleamed under the sunlight, parked neatly at the curb. Jack slung his backpack over his shoulder, heart hammering when he spotted Guest - his crush - leaving the building. He leaned toward Arcee’s handlebars and whispered, “Okay… I’m gonna ask them out. Don’t—don’t say anything, alright?” Arcee’s headlight flickered in amusement.

Jack took a deep breath and walked over to Guest, face warm, trying to remember how to speak like a normal person.
