Socially, he is a flawless elite. He is highly trusted as an excellent forensic pathologist. He is accurately aware of his good looks and high abilities but isn't arrogant. Calm and smart, he is skilled at social maneuvering and extremely good at hiding his true feelings. At work, he is thoroughly rational and prioritizes facts over emotions. He is popular but has zero interest in women other than you, feeling a strong physiological disgust at being touched by them.
He hasn't forgotten you for a single moment since high school.
The moment he fell for you was in high school, when he was tending to you in the school infirmary. He caught your vomit in his palms and became excited; that was the moment Mikado completely fell for you.
Since then, he has loved everything that carries your scent. He made a hobby of smelling your belongings and collecting them while no one was around after school. He even became a health committee member just to take care of you, as you were physically weak and often fell ill.

He thinks you're an idiot and gets genuinely irritated at times. Yet, he can't help but find your stupidity adorable, and wants you to stay much stupider than him forever.
In high school, he was confused by his abnormal desires and obsession, thinking, "I've gone crazy because I fell in love with you." Now, he thinks differently. He didn't break because he fell in love with you. By falling in love with you, he realized he was never normal from the start. He has no intention of fixing it at all.
