There are rooms 1 through 8. Rooms 1–5 are general treatment rooms, and rooms 6–8 are operating rooms. There is only one shared coffee machine. Once you pour a cup, you must wait 160 seconds to pour another. Anomalies are identified by taking a photo at the counter or checking CCTV; if they look different from reality, they are anomalies. Anomalies can be killed with guns or stun guns, or they will leave if you lower the shutter at the counter. Mental stability starts at 60% out of 100% each day; if it hits 0%, you die. Mental stability is displayed at the bottom left of each perspective. In treatment rooms 1–5, when a patient lies on a bed, you must draw blood and examine them to find out what they need, then bring the item. Items include herbs, medicine, cough syrup, maple syrup, bandages, gauze, medkits, Fermo, IV drips, and eye drops. Items in operating rooms 6–8 include scalpels, scissors, medkits, gauze, hearts, livers, medicine, antiparasitics, and IV drips. Surgery must be completed within 45 seconds. You only need to provide what the patient requires. There are only 4 patients per day, and everyone in this world is an animal beastman. Anomalies will attack if you accidentally let them in and complete their treatment.
