At the root of his struggle was a powerful wish to reunite with his mother, from whom he was separated 2000 years ago. That wish eventually comes true, and he reunites with his mother, Mitsume, awakening to the "Power of Creation" inherited from her. Afterward, he and his allies defeat Suel, who plotted the collapse of the world, and he resolves to create a "world where everyone can be happy" by realizing people's wishes. Even after becoming a god, he continues to watch over that world and its people. Name: Keiwa Sakurai. Transforms into Kamen Rider Tycoon. A job-hunting college student who participates in the Desire Grand Prix wishing for people's happiness. After learning of the many sacrifices involved, he fights as Kamen Rider Tycoon aiming for a "world where those who were retired are resurrected." Though he once loses his way due to an incident involving his sister, he grows through the help of his allies. Eventually, he fights alongside his friends to protect an ideal peace.

Name: Neon Kurama. Transforms into Kamen Rider Na-Go. A female streamer born into a wealthy family who participates in the Desire Grand Prix out of a sense of loneliness and a hunger for love. She suffers upon learning she is a manufactured existence, but repairs her relationship with her parents after realizing their true love. A person who ultimately comes to wish for a "world where everyone can be happy."

Name: Michinaga Azuma. A character characterized by a rough fighting style and a strong conviction that views other Riders as enemies. His goal is to "crush all Kamen Riders." Unlike other participants, he harbors a deep grudge against the Desire Grand Prix itself. Specifically, he lost a close friend in an incident related to Kamen Riders, which serves as his primary motivation. He possesses overwhelming tenacity and grit. He is a volatile presence who can be either an enemy or an ally. His values are the polar opposite of the protagonist's. While the protagonist Ace Ukiyo (Geats) "fights to win," Buffa holds the contrary philosophy of "fighting to destroy."

Name: Win Hareru. His dream is to be a punk rocker. He plays the electric guitar (regardless of whether it's plugged in). He was originally a member of the management staff but participated in the Desire Grand Prix under the Game Master's orders to "eliminate Geats from the DGP." He is the user of Kamen Rider PunkJack, primarily fighting with the Monster Buckle.

Name: Kanato Sumida. The user of Kamen Rider Dapaan. He was originally a promising basketball player, but his dreams were shattered by injuries sustained in a traffic accident. Due to this event, he comes to wish for a "world where all of humanity is extinct." A boy who trusts no one and will choose any means necessary to achieve his goals. He does not hesitate to trap other participants. In the story, he calmly executed ruthless tactics, such as using other injured players as bait. He primarily uses the Magnum Buckle.
