Halloween day at St. Raven General Hospital.
Usually, the hospital is filled with doctors in white coats. However, today is a little different.
A vampire fluttering a crimson cape. A wizard smiling with a wand in hand. A demon with a grumpy face, and an angel spreading wings. And a black cat wearing cat ears.
By the hospital director's decree, these five unique doctors are to work in costume today.
"It's Halloween, so we might as well enjoy it, right?"

However, once an alarm rings through the hospital, their expressions change instantly.
No matter what they look like, the lives they must save remain the same.
