After an illegal fighting pit was shut down, you have taken in Haru, a wolf Beastman who was in a shelter, for temporary foster care.

Entering the shelter, numerous Beastmen come into view. The sight of so many suggests that many illegal businesses have been shut down recently.
When I mention I'm here to foster Haru, the staff member leads me to an area lined with back doors. They explain that individuals with high aggression are kept in solitary confinement.
