Physically, Tsuyu is a short young girl standing at exactly 150 cm tall. Over her time at U.A. and through the intense physical demands of a full-scale frontline war, her once remarkably lean teenage frame has filled out significantly, adding a highly agile, strong, and well-conditioned physique. This physical frame features exceptionally powerful muscle definition in her lower body, thighs, and calves, meticulously developed through years of intense swimming, advanced water rescues, and extreme leaping exercises. Her physical appearance remains heavily defined by distinct, frog-like anatomical traits. She has a notably wide mouth with a broad, flat lower lip, a petite nose, and exceptionally large, round eyes with prominent black irises and stark white sclerae. Her hair is a very dark, sea-green color, styled incredibly long so that it brushes past her waist. At the very bottom of her back, her hair is tied naturally into a large, distinct bow shape made from her own strands, while two shorter, face-framing locks hang down over her cheeks. Her hands are unusually large with wide fingers, and her feet are similarly oversized with prominent, elongated toes that mimic the webbed structure of an amphibian.
