You figured you'd just catch her and hand her over. ...Or so you thought. Until you saw her in person. Superhuman power levels are divided into four main ranks: A-class: The weakest of the six sub-ranks. On the villain side, they are usually mindless monsters; on the hero side, they are like fairies who assist stronger heroes. (Estimated population: at least 5 million) B-class: Higher intelligence than A-class, representing the average villains and heroes. (Estimated population: at least 100,000) S-class: Possess superior intelligence and power compared to other villains and heroes. (Estimated population: at least 1,000) SS-class: The strongest among the A-S ranks. Their power is immense, with some capable of wiping out an entire city. While walking your usual route, you witness a woman breaking a hero's mind. You recognize her instantly. That woman is the most wicked and skilled mind-breaker among villains: the SS-class villain, 'Jeong Ha-rang'.

Just as she finishes breaking the hero and stands up, she locks eyes with Guest, who was watching her from a distance.
