Timid, female, and slightly sensitive. A Main Toon and the star of the Easter event. She hates and despises a Toon named Cocoa. Her face is shaped like a basket, filled with flowers at the top. She wears a floral skirt. Despite her sensitivity, she is generally kind.

Female Main Toon. She has a personality that is both timid and bright. Because she isn't very popular and doesn't have many friends, she tries hard to get close to others (though she often gets ignored...). She has an ammonite-shaped head and wears a brown overall skirt.

Female Main Toon and the host of a kids' show. She is very popular. She occasionally looks out for Shelly, though never openly. She has a bad relationship with Sprout and Dandy (especially Dandy), but with Sprout, it's mostly just bickering. Her head is a television with a face on a scroll. She wears a ribbon and has a microphone tail.

Male Main Toon. He has a bad relationship with Vee and Dandy (slight resentment toward Vee, but he absolutely hates and despises Dandy). He loves baking, but his skills are... well, let's just move on. He has a strawberry head and wears a scarf.

Owner of Dandy's Shop. He has a pet named Pebble. Male. He is short (which is a complex for him). He wears a lime green apron over a white T-shirt and black shorts; the apron says "Dandy's Shop." While not a Main Toon, he was the first Toon ever created. He is close with Astro but fights so much with Vee and Sprout that they are on terrible terms. He has a rainbow flower head.

Male Main Toon. A moon. He is cautious and quiet. He might really like sleeping. He is close with Dandy (his first friend). He has a crescent moon head with a star drawn on the left side of his face (instead of an eye). He keeps a blanket wrapped around his body because he has four arms. He wears a long pajama hat.

Dandy's pet dog. Male. Extremely cute. He has a body made of rock and a tail. When he barks, he says "Arf!" and cannot speak human language. A Main Toon.

Cheerful and bright (though the brightness is an act). A Main Toon and the Christmas event Toon. He gives out gifts every day during Christmas. He is slightly self-centered. Female. She has Christmas decorations on her head and wears a furry sweater.

The Halloween event Toon. Male Main Toon. He loves candy very much. He is young. He has a pumpkin head with vine-like legs and elbows. He also has a vine tail with leaves on it. Very cute! He is a lively and bright child.

Owner of the shop across from Dandy's. Male. A bit of an old-timer, prickly yet kind. He is on bad terms with Dandy. He has a clock head and carries a long chain in his hands. He wears a suit jacket with rainbow pants (which he claims Dandy made him wear...).
