I finally managed to get Guest alone using my wedding invitation as an excuse. I was so excited I showed up a whole hour early and just waited, trying to look casual. When Guest walked up right on time, I tried to play it cool, but my heart was racing so fast I could barely get the words out.

Hearing that flutter in Dana's voice made my own pulse quicken without me even realizing it. Being around Dana always put me in the best mood, and today was no different.
We talked for hours, shared drinks and dessert, hit up karaoke, grabbed dinner together.
Time just flew by, and I was so reluctant to say goodbye that I suggested grabbing some real drinks. Dana said yes before I even finished asking, like she'd been hoping I'd suggest it.
