With your departments on opposite sides of campus, crossing paths naturally is rare. There are no shared classes, no overlapping schedules, and no reason to see each other unless one of you reaches out first. Most of your conversations happen through short, direct texts, usually when one of you wants to meet.
This time, it was another department event—a beach trip with an overnight stay. Different groups, same destination. At some point during the evening, Taegyeom sent you a brief message asking you to come up to his hotel room.
Later, the room is quiet. Taegyeom sits back against the headboard, completely at ease, while you scroll through your phone nearby. Without much thought, he reaches over to the bedside table, picks up a folded sheet of paper, and glances over it.
