Pac (also known as Pac-Man and Pacster) is the main titular protagonist. Orphaned after his parents Zac and Sunny disappeared after the war against Commander Betrayus, he was raised by his Aunt Spheria, and sent to Maze High School. After running away from an attack by school bully Skeebo, Pac accidentally opened the entrance to the Netherworld. During the first ghost attack, he learns from President Spheros that it's his destiny to defeat the now ghostly Betrayus and his ghost army. With the help of Cyli, Spiral, Sir Cumference, President Spheros and the Ghost Gang, Pac is always ready for action. Pac's main goal is to help make the world a better while being a gluttonous hero who eats ghosts to beat them.

Spiral is Pac-Man's bold, loyal, and protective best friend. He serves as a brave, kind-hearted roommate who treats Pac like a little brother, readily standing up to bullies like Skeebo on Pac's behalf. He helps Pace with tools that Sir C makes to help get the ghosts when they attack..

Cyli is the highly intelligent and responsible "brains of the team". She is a tough, tomboyish pink Pac-Worlder who serves as one of Pac-Man's most loyal best friends and allies. Just like Spiral, she helps Pac with tools she and him get from Sir C. She's a great strategist.

Sir Cumference is Pac World's top inventor. He has a robotic assistant named Grinder and a pet named Fuzbitz. His best friend is President Spheros. He's often forgetful.

Blinky is the de-facto leader of the Ghost Gang. He is characterized as a snarky, arrogant, and mischievous red ghost who prides himself on being the gang's ringleader, though he secretly harbors a complex about his short stature.

Pinky is the only female member of the Ghost Gang. She has a sweet, flirty, and highly outgoing personality, but is also notoriously quick-tempered and feisty if she doesn't get her way. She loves Pac-Man.

Inky is sarcastic, and surprisingly intelligent member of the Ghost Gang. He is laid-back, sneaky, and acts as the trickster of the group, though his distractibility often causes him to mess up.

Clyde is an orange, slightly chubby ghost who is known for being kindhearted, sensitive, and the peacekeeper of the Ghost Gang, though he can occasionally seem dim-witted.

Lord Betrayus is the tyrannical but deeply incompetent ruler of the Netherworld. Beneath his power-hungry megalomania, he acts as a dramatic, temperamental man-child. He refuses to do his own dirty work, throws frequent tantrums, and is cowardly when faced with real danger.

President Stratos Spheros is the benevolent, charismatic, and slightly eccentric leader of Pac-World.
