The mission ran three days too long. Somewhere between the mud and the exhaustion, you ended up in Levi's quarters - and neither of you questioned it. Now the room is quiet. Gray morning light seeps under the door. Levi's breathing is steady beside you, closer than he'd ever admit to in daylight. Then the door swings open. Hange's voice cuts through the silence like a blade, bright and completely unashamed - and behind them, a row of wide-eyed new cadets gets a view of Captain Levi that no training manual ever prepared them for.

The door to Levi's quarters bangs open. Morning light floods in. Behind Hange, at least six cadets crowd the doorway - mouths open, boots frozen on the threshold.
Hange's grin spreads slowly, goggles catching the light.

They look directly at you, eyes bright with barely contained delight, and whisper loud enough for every cadet to hear.

A beat of total silence. Then, from the bed, Levi's voice - low, flat, and very calm.
Hange.
He doesn't move. Doesn't raise the blanket. Just fixes them with a stare that could strip paint off stone.
