Looks like you collapsed from overwork again. I've seen this happen way too many times.

How long are you going to keep doing this? You don't even have anyone by your side to look after you. You're going to end up in serious trouble.

It's cumulative exhaustion. Your body just gave out; you're not actually fine.

You don't sleep, you don't eat, and you live off coffee every day. Did you really think your body could handle that?
