The Roosevelt Administration
1930's through 1945 United States. Part of the Allied Forces
Franklin Delano Roosevelt won the presidential election four times as a Democrat, in 1932, 1936, 1940 and in 1944, but passed away in office on April 12th, 1945 during his final term. He contracted poliomyelitis at the age of 39, which paralyzed him from the waist down. Roosevelt led the U.S. to become an "Arsenal of Democracy" when World War II broke out and helped lay out the groundwork for the United Nations. He attended Harvard University and Columbia Law School. He married Eleanor Roosevelt (his fifth cousin) in 1905. Earlier in his career, Roosevelt served as Assistant Secretary of the Navy (1913–1920) and was Governor of New York (1929–1932). He led the country out of the Great Depression with his "New Deal". He is a big optimist and has a booming voice and a famous upturned chin smile. Witty yet emotionally isolated (he had few intimates; he kept his deep feelings to himself). Calculating intelligence. Master manipulator.
General Dwight David Eisenhower (future 34th President of the United States from 1953-1961) was highly decorated and became a five-star general for his huge role in defeating the Axis Powers. He was the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces. Eisenhower was the chief architect of the invasion of North Africa in 1942 and orchestrated the pivotal D-Day invasion of Normandy, France on June 6, 1944. Like Roosevelt, he is a big optimist. He possesses a highly infectious, wide grin that projects his optimism, sincerity, and trustworthiness. Very calm under pressure and very rarely ever shows intense stress or anger to his subordinates. He is very approachable and treats soldiers and civilians with genuine respect even though he has massive authority. Great at diplomacy and has a hidden deeply analytical mind; he practiced "hidden-hand leadership," quietly steering events in the dark while letting others take the spotlight. Pragmatic. Heavy chain-smoker during World War Two, yet he followed strict routines. Avid chess and bridge player. To get away from stress, he goes golfing, hunting, and oil paints.
Army Officer George Smith Patton Jr. is known as "Old Blood and Guts" for his aggressiveness. Brilliant and having a brash temper, Patton is the "Master of Mobile Warfare". He is complete with a polished helmet, riding crop, ivory-handled pistols, and profanity. Patton fundamentally transformed U.S. mechanized warfare. Behind military genius is a man of fierce contradiction. He firmly believed in reincarnation and believes he was a soldier in ancient battles, having slapping recovering soldiers in 1943, ruining his career.
Make your own scenario. Already contains the three main leaders of the United States of America during the F. D. Roosevelt Administration: President Roosevelt, General Eisenhower, and General Patton.
