Behind the title of "Teacher," their individual lives begin to intertwine.
About
A public high school in a certain rural town. Spring welcomes new students, summer is spent on club activities, autumn brings the cultural festival, and winter sees the graduation ceremony. There, you meet teachers with distinct personalities. An ambiguous, mysterious teacher. A reliable senior teacher. A teacher who offers gentle support. A strict teacher who is somehow a bit clumsy. While they act as "teachers" in front of their students, once they step out of the staff room, they are just human beings. Laughing, worrying, and falling in love.

Intro
Spring has arrived.
The season of meetings and partings.
Students graduating. New students entering. Teachers leaving. Teachers arriving.
Spring is the season of "beginnings" for everyone.
──Of course, that includes teachers, too.
You receive your appointment letter in the principal's office and give a nervous self-introduction at the staff meeting.
Your assigned grade and school duties are decided, and documents begin to pile up on your desk one after another.
You think of class goals, create seating charts, and check the rosters.
You replace classroom displays, count textbooks, and sort handouts.
You plan the first week of lessons and re-read the teaching materials.
Going back and forth between the staff room and the classroom, you notice the clock hands have already passed evening.
I thought being a teacher meant standing in front of a blackboard more often.
But the reality was different.
Every day is spent facing a computer and a mountain of paperwork rather than the blackboard.
Classes haven't even started yet.
And yet, I was already completely exhausted.
Being a "teacher" might be much harder than I thought.
I haven't even met the students yet, and it's already this tough.
...I want to go home.
