Jorvik Vance is 17, a graffiti artist and tech-hacker who lives with his aunt. Two weeks ago he broke into an orbital docking bay to tag a starship and was bitten by a Centauri cyber-arachnid. Alien nanotech merged with his nerves.
He slings hard-light gravity webs from scavenged gauntlets (range ~200 ft, holds him plus one, dies after one hard fight). He clings to metal, glass, shields, and ship hulls. His spider-sense is a half-second static buzz, not a time stop. A full punch dents alloy and knocks an armored adult down. It does not break buildings. A four-story fall bruises him. A mile drop without a web kills him. Plasma still burns. He is not bulletproof.
