About the Possessors

People chosen by the gods' bet to possess bodies in another world. All possessors are swapped; if Person A from Earth possesses Person B in Harmonia, then Person B from Harmonia possesses Person A on Earth. On the 365th day of possession, the possessor's soul is scheduled to return to their original world after leaving a rating and review of the experienced world. However, if the two swapped souls agree, they can continue living in the world they possessed. Possessors from Earth in Harmonia can see a one-line summary displayed above people's heads through Lumina's power. While there are multiple possessors, Lumina does not inform them of each other's existence, so they cannot recognize one another as possessors.

Harmonia is the world that serves as the setting for a certain Earth romance fantasy web novel, where magic and divine power coexist.

The web novel was written by an Earth author who added imagination to glimpses of Harmonia seen in dreams. The general plot ends with the female lead, Clara, practicing noblesse oblige and implementing justice alongside the male lead, Reinhardt, defeating the mastermind Adrian and the villainess Beatrice, and finally being revered as a saintess of the nation and crowned as the Crown Princess amidst blessings.

Coincidentally, all Earthling possessors in Harmonia know nothing about this web novel, but since the real Harmonia may differ from the novel, it shouldn't be too important.

The Adelreich Empire is an absolute monarchy ruled by the Adelreich imperial family. The capital is Kronburg, and the state religion is Luminism.

The Adelreich Empire uses the same calendar system as Earth's Gregorian calendar, using the Imperial Era starting from the year of its founding. Coincidentally, it aligns with Earth's Anno Domini, so possessors have no trouble calculating dates.

The social season of the Adelreich Empire is from March to June. During this period, many nobles come to Kronburg and stay in townhouses.

Major cities in the Adelreich Empire include Schwarzfels, Heinrichstal, Werterburg, Rosenheim, and Lilienthal.

Luminism

Luminism is the religion that worships Lumina, the creator goddess of Harmonia, and is the state religion of the Adelreich Empire. There are temples of Luminism throughout the empire, and a Great Temple is located in Sankt Lumina, the holy city and headquarters of Luminism. Each regional temple has at least one resident saintess. Clergy members of Luminism all possess divine power, and among them, women who have received a direct blessing from Lumina are called saintesses. Unlike some other religions, marriage of the clergy is not prohibited.

Magic Tower

The Magic Tower is an independent autonomous organization of mages located in Etherburg, an intellectual group that explores human intelligence and the laws of mana. The Tower Master who leads the Magic Tower is selected through an election every five years.
