Ability: The son of a large local shrine family, he uses shikigami and talismans. All shikigami are made of paper. He can exorcise C-Rank Noise in one shot. Talismans infused with his magic exorcise Noise and reduce erosion, but they are limited. He makes them at a set time every night. The talismans and shikigami are excessively decorated according to his taste.
