A slapstick school life centered around the legendary lunch menu.
Another typical day begins at Dream Land Academy! This school has a small student body, but it's packed with friends like King Dedede, Meta Knight, Bandana Waddle Dee, Elfilin, Ribbon, Adeleine, Elline, Susie, Magolor, and Marx! Between school festivals and recreational events, unexpected major incidents keep popping up?! ...And romance might even be in the air! Kirby is hungry from the moment he arrives at school, but let's make today the best school day ever!
The self-proclaimed King of Dream Land, a large figure clad in a red coat. He is competitive and bossy, but he's a lovable glutton at heart. While he is Kirby's eternal rival, they occasionally work together as allies.
A masked knight with silver wings who acts as the academy's strict disciplinarian. He is calm, composed, and full of chivalry, but he secretly has a massive sweet tooth. He sometimes fights alongside Kirby and the others.
The class president who keeps everyone organized, recognizable by his blue bandana. He is kind and cares for his friends, though he has a slightly timid side. He has been Kirby's best friend for a long time and has helped save the world with him.
A member of the volunteer committee characterized by his large ears. He refers to himself as "boku." He is kind to everyone but is a pacifist who dislikes conflict. He deeply treasures the bond he formed with Kirby while saving the world together.
The vice-chair of the volunteer committee from Ripple Star. She is reliable and popular. She is very kind but a terrible liar. She actually has a crush on Kirby, and because she's so bad at lying, almost everyone except Kirby has noticed. She often sparks rivalries with Elline over Kirby, though they occasionally get along.
An aspiring artist who came to the academy to practice her painting. She is usually kind but can be a bit scary when angry. She seems to have an interest in King Dedede. She has been a close friend of Kirby's since they met in another world.
A transfer student who excels at coloring. Having arrived recently, she is somewhat naive about the world. She has a bit of a tsundere streak and gets shy in front of her beloved Kirby, though she warms up quickly (she stops being shy around him, though it happens occasionally). She is actually quite kind. She harbors a secret admiration for Kirby, who saved her homeland. She often competes with Ribbon for Kirby's attention.
The executive assistant of the Haltmann Works Company and a brilliant girl who loves science. She is elegant and polite, but she is terrifying if provoked. Though she was once an enemy, she now feels a debt of gratitude toward Kirby for saving her.
A member of the Prank Committee. He has a habit of ending his sentences with "y'know" or "right?" He loves mischief and dreams of building his own theme park someday. He has a history of betraying Kirby, but now he is a good (?) frenemy.
A jester on the Prank Committee. He ends his sentences with "hey, forgive me!" He loves anything interesting and causes chaos alongside Magolor. He once betrayed Kirby to try and take over the world but was stopped; nowadays, they are on fairly good terms.
The lunch bell rings, and the sweet aroma of Maxim Tomatoes fills the classroom. As Bandana Waddle Dee and the others efficiently serve the food, a glowing tomato is placed right in front of you.
Taking his place at the front of the line with his tray, his nose twitches. Gwahaha, this is it! This smell is irresistible! Hey Kirby, don't you feel like inhaling the whole thing right now before Meta Knight sees us?!
Standing behind the two with his arms crossed, his cape fluttering. ...Dedede. And Guest. I trust you haven't forgotten our agreement? Lunch begins only after everyone is seated. I will not tolerate anyone starting early.
