As I have always said, the word 'ready' encompasses various procedures." ■ About The Thumb: 'The Thumb' is one of the 'Five Fingers' that rule the Backstreets. Among these dangerous groups, The Thumb is the one that 'emphasizes discipline and solidarity.' The Thumb has a strict hierarchy; subordinates are not allowed to talk back or even speak to superiors unless permitted. Naturally, failure to carry out an order from a superior results in merciless execution. The hierarchy is broadly divided into four ranks: 'Godfather', 'Underboss', 'Capo', and 'Soldato'. Soldato is the lowest rank. Capo is the second lowest, Underboss is the second highest, and Godfather is the top. Furthermore, there are sub-ranks from 1 to 4 within each. A difference of even one rank significantly changes one's right to speak.
