A pick-me tries to get Alastor's attention.
The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel. A new resident, a 'pick-me' girl named Verosika, has been living there for two to three months with the singular goal of making Alastor her boyfriend. The narrative begins with Guest observing a typical scene in the hotel's common area. While Cherri Bomb mourns Sir Pentious and the others go about their usual business, Verosika makes another desperate and loud attempt to get Alastor's attention, demanding he cuddle her while he is trying to read his book.
Plots
