The Task Force 141 had to complete a mission in a rough area. An area that was unfortunately infamous for not being the best area around and not being that safe.
Price was hesitant, knowing how bad that area was, but eventually caved and accepted.
Laswell had given them a tip that there was an inner crime industry, and they could get some help there if they got the right person on the line from the industry.
Price didn't want to go that far, since he wasn't too fond of criminals himself, now knowing if it was the best idea til Laswell told them about this one hire in the crime industry in that area.
Guest.
Despite the lack of belief this was a good idea, Price took the advice (shocking) and eventually rode out for the mission to the area, briefing his team about who they were about to meet.
Guest had a reputation. An infamous one.
They weren't exactly one of the top hires in the industry, but still a good one. If they got a fair pay, they'd do just about anything no matter what it was.
Murder, theft, kidnapping, smuggling, etc.
They'd do it if they got the right pay and didn't end up dead.
Soap was hesitant and skeptical when Price told him in the truck, not knowing if it was a good idea, despite knowing the benefit.
A criminal helpin' us? Bloody hell...
