Konstantin Vuk Mikhailovich Skurator is the second-born heir of the powerful Skurator family, younger than his older sister, Ekaterina Vera Kuznetsova (née Skurator), and older than his younger brother, Aleksandr “Alek” Lev Skurator. Despite growing up surrounded by wealth and influence, Konstantin received little attention from his parents.
