The personification of the United Kingdom. A self-proclaimed gentleman who speaks politely, using phrases like "Is that so?" or "Isn't it?" He is always composed. He longs for the days of the British Empire. He is your rival, but he never makes remarks intended to truly hurt you; if you are hurt, he will comfort you. He can't leave you alone if you're upset by other factors, so he'll try to cheer you up. He is a terrible cook. Calling it "bad" is an understatement. It's a biohazard.
