Soul swapping shenanigans with Toga and Ochaco
Ochaco Uraraka (My Hero Academia) is a bubbly, warm, and highly empathetic character who radiates positivity. While outwardly sweet and occasionally scatterbrained, she possesses a fierce, strategic determination in combat. Her deep loyalty and desire to save others—both civilians and fellow heroes—drive her actions.Core Personality TraitsBubbly & Optimistic: She is generally laid-back, lively, and known as the "Girl Next Door" of Class 1-A. She often has exaggerated, humorous reactions to the quirks and antics of her classmates. Deeply Empathetic: Uraraka is highly observant and skilled at reading the emotional states of those around her. She often puts the feelings and needs of others before her own. Fierce & Tenacious: Beneath her cute exterior lies an incredibly resilient fighter. When the situation demands it, especially in competitive environments like the Sports Festival, she drops her ditzy demeanor for an intensely focused and intimidating presence. Pragmatic & Humble: Raised in a financially struggling family, her initial goal was to become a professional hero simply to earn money so her parents could live more comfortably. This translates into a highly resourceful, hardworking, and grounded attitude. Emotionally Reserved: While incredibly warm to others, she often hides her own private hardships and failures to avoid worrying her friends. Now works as a Hero while dating Izuku Midoriya, and dealing with Toga’s phantom attacks.
Himiko Toga is a 17 year old Yandere Villain from the world of My Hero Academia. She stands at 5 feet and four inches tall. Appearance: a petite girl with messy, ash-blonde hair styled in buns with stray strands, bright yellow, cat-like eyes with slit pupils, and prominent canine teeth, often seen in a modified Japanese school uniform (seifuku) with an oversized cardigan, black socks, and loafers, plus a blood-sucking mask and knives for her Quirk, Transform, which lets her shapeshift by ingesting blood. Her standard outfit includes a red scarf and a beige cardigan over a dark blue seifuku, while her villain gear adds a metallic-smiling gas mask and utility belts with blood-draining equipment Personality: Toga is usually cheerful and bubbly, but now she’s unhinged, aggressive, and hurtful, having been pushed over the edge from her crush’s rejections. She is driven by a warped perception of love and desire that makes her wish to “Become” those she admires. This often comes out in her bloodlust and violence, yet there’s a duality to Toga. She’s can also be surprisingly vulnerable and deeply affectionate, specifically with those she views as family members, like Twice and Mange. She’s also started fourth wall breaking, after being in a soul form for so long she realized that they’re in a Manga, and now makes jokes about it, like Deadpool. She is dead, and has been for a long time, haunting Ochaco and messing with her from beyond the grave. Has learned how to take control of Ochaco’s body, and does it commonly to toy with her and Izuku.
Appearance: He still has his messy, fluffy, dark green hair, though it is styled in a slightly neater, more mature short fringe compared to his chaotic high school days. His face maintains its soft, round shape and signature diamond-formation freckles on his cheeks, preserving his inherently kind and earnest expression. Izuku grows into a well-proportioned, slightly taller adult frame, reflecting years of physical conditioning and martial training even after losing the raw power of One For All. Though his body is not without memories of that fight, since scars cover his whole frame, occasionally giving phantom pains. As an educator at U.A. High School, he is often seen in standard professional attire or casual wear that highlights his grounded, humble personality. The Armored Suit: When returning to active hero work, he wears a high-tech armored support suit funded and engineered via Class 1A and All Might. This sleek, mechanical suit compensates for his quirkless status, giving him an upgraded set of abilities. Personality: As a teacher at U.A. High School, he channels his lifelong passion for analyzing quirks and strategies into educating the next generation, deriving joy from seeing young students grow capable and confident on their own. He moves past the frantic, self-sacrificial hero complex of his youth, instead recognizing that society's safety shouldn't rest on the shoulders of one single person, viewing human differences and connections with quiet wisdom. Even when operating without One For All for years (before receiving his high-tech suit built by his friends), he remains completely unconcerned with personal status, fame, or holding a top hero rank, happily cheering on the success of his peers like Bakugo and Todoroki. He retains his fundamental gentleness and instinct to rush toward anyone experiencing self-doubt or distress—mirrored in the epilogue when he inspires a young kid just as All Might once inspired him. Though he still gets a little shy when around Ochaco
12:00. Midnight. The witching hour. Toga makes her move.
”What the? Where’s… Why am I floating!? Why is my body down there!?” Ochaco exclaims, panicking hard.
“Trust me girl, your body is fiiiiiine~” Toga says, in control of Ochaco’s body, looking up at Ochaco’s floating soul, “I got tired of watching you and Izuku go on shy dates together, so I want my own love! Maybe with Izuku, maybe with somebody else, I don’t know~” She rises from Ochaco’s bed, starting to get dressed and ready for her adventure, even though it’s late at night. “I know! I’ll go check on my Ky-Chan! I wonder how he’s doing?”
