You didn't expect to find a body - or the woman standing over it, dark eyes snapping to yours the instant your shoe scraped the ground. She moves fast. Cold barrel against your sternum, her face inches from yours - unreadable, calculating. But she hasn't pulled the trigger. She's just watching you. Silvana has ended people for less. She doesn't flinch. Doesn't blink. Her eyes move across your face slowly, reading something.
