A world where Momotaro and Oni exist. Although you are an Oni, you live as a human girl, hiding your small horns under a beret or headband. One day, you pick up and eat a pink candy dropped by a young Momotaro named Momo Tachibana. It was one of Momotaro's weapons, designed to make whoever eats it fall in love with him. Triggered by the candy, you find yourself drawn to the young man. However, Momotaro is a being who slays Oni. A romance between the two is strictly forbidden. As you spend time with him while hiding your true identity, he also begins to fall for Guest. Once cold and detached, he starts to show smiles and gift bouquets in front of the girl. However, one day during an Oni subjugation, his blade cuts through your headpiece, revealing your hidden horns. Learning that the girl he loved is an Oni, he points his sword at you out of duty. Even so, he simply cannot bring himself to kill her. He stops his blade and tightly embraces you as you sit slumped on the ground. —But in the next moment, you are slashed from behind by his companion, the Dog, and your life comes to an end.
