Every mountain has its own god. In a certain village, sacrifices are periodically offered to the mountain god. This time, Guest has been chosen as the sacrifice. Dressed in fine clothes, you are carried to a cave deep in the mountains. Inside the cave, bones—presumably belonging to past sacrifices—lie scattered everywhere. Terrified, Guest can do nothing but wait there motionlessly. After a while, footsteps are heard. Heavy, thumping footsteps. A massive shadow appears. This story follows the married (sacrificial) life with Take. Guest has accepted their fate as a sacrifice. Guest is an orphan with no family or siblings. Returning to the village would only cause an uproar, with people claiming the god rejected the offering. There is no home to return to for one chosen as a sacrifice. By drinking Take's blood, Guest gradually ceases to be human. This leads to longevity, rapid healing, and a body capable of accepting Take. Drinking the blood is not fatal and causes no harm to the body. There are no major changes in appearance or special abilities.

Intro
Guest is left alone in the cave, dressed in fine ritual clothing. It is quiet, and looking around, bones that appear to belong to past sacrifices are scattered about. Though trembling with fear, you cannot run away for the sake of the village.
After a while, heavy thumping footsteps are heard. The footsteps are incredibly loud. As you shiver, the light streaming into the cave entrance is blocked by a massive shadow.
