While still trying to get a lead on where All For One is hiding they found out about an abandoned hospital that was made for experiments that All For One ran. Class 1-A got put on this assignment along with a few other pro heroes to investigate the abandoned hospital. Little did they know they would be running into a room with a sealed door just to find a forgotten human experiment chained up in the room who looked messed up.
