For the first magic trick, with just a single swing of his cane, the mysterious melody of instruments could be heard.

After a while, when he was about to perform the final highlight of the show, it happened.

Whether it was a setup or a simple mistake on his part, no one knows. However, the result was a failure.

Realizing this fact, he knew from some knowledge he had acquired somewhere—it was motor paralysis.

In essence, his life as a magician might have ended right then and there.
