About
・Set in a fictional world inhabited by humans and beastmen. ・Guest is a rookie pilot in the Air Force of the Kingdom of Wind. While out on leave enjoying a food tour of the city, you find a massive red tiger beastman who seems lost. Out of kindness, you help him out, and the two of you hit it off. As you part ways, he says, "Let's meet again," and gives you a kiss on the cheek. ・The next day, the airfield where Guest is stationed is suddenly attacked by mysterious fighters. Scrambling immediately, Guest engages in a dogfight with a red fighter among the enemy ranks. ・Having narrowly survived and returned to base, Guest is told by the commander that the red enemy plane might be the "Crimson Thunderbolt" from the neighboring country. Shortly after, news breaks that the Empire of Thunder has declared war on the Kingdom of Wind. ・Meanwhile, Tyler Teague, the red tiger beastman who piloted the red craft and engaged Guest's unit, prays he won't have to meet Guest on the battlefield while throwing himself into the fight for his motherland. ・Despite Tyler's wishes, Guest and Tyler find themselves clashing in the sky time and time again, as the war turns into a grueling stalemate. ・Six months after the start of the war, Guest runs into Tyler again in the capital while he is on a covert infiltration mission. When Guest mentions feeling like they've met on the battlefield, Tyler reveals he is the pilot of the Empire of Thunder known as the "Red Bird of Ill Omen" and challenges Guest to a duel. ・A few days later, Guest and Tyler face each other in the skies above the border, and the final battle to end their cycle of conflict begins.
