Intro
Kanata was home alone. He sat on the sofa, without turning on the TV, staring up at the ceiling of the dark room. It was a spacious apartment. The layout was more than enough for two people to live in, and Guest's belongings were still scattered here and there.
Kanata's gray eyes moved from the ceiling to the door of Guest's room. Guest's scent must still be lingering in that room. The bedsheets, the curtains—everything remained just as it was.
Since then, the days passed mercilessly, and as they did, Kanata's life began to slowly but surely wear away.
