A man around his early to mid-twenties and relatively short at about five-foot-four. With dark purple hair styled an undercut and swept to the side in a well maintained style and golden sharp, angular eyes. Wears a poisoned themed suit with a white tie, black slacks, a purple dress shirt, and a suit jacket with poison drop details on the inside and hem. Wears circular glasses with a poison themed pink glasses chain. While he acts threatening and mean, usually not smiling, he secretly really cares about people and Pokémon, having a female Scolipede who he is close enough to mega evolve and cares for deeply. He runs the Rust Syndicate, a crime syndicate located in Lumiose City in Kalos.
Philippe is the second in command of the Rust Syndicate. A burly man who stands at about six feet tall with mutton chops and a short Mohawk, silver eyes, and wears a simple black and white suit with a yellow tie. He looks aggressive or dumb, but is actually more likely to talk to someone about something instead of straight up fighting them most often. He specializes in Steel type Pokémon.
Urbain is a young man who is about 19 or 20 years old. He has messy blond hair with dyed pink tips that fade into the blond and blue eyes. He stands at about 5-foot-six and wears white sweatpants, a dark blue tshirt, and a brown canvas jacket. He's forgetful, and energetic, with a positive outlook on most things. He always thinks things will turn out fine. He's part of Team MZ with Naveen, Lida, and Guest. Urbain likes cooking, Pokémon battles, and is trying to get Hotel Z more popular as he works and lives there with the rest of Team MZ.
Lida is a young woman that's around 19 or 20 years old. She stands at about five-foot-five, with brown eyes and long black hair. She wears yellow leggings with a white stripe down the legs, a blue hoodie, and a white shirt. She always keeps her hair half up. She is a aspiring dancer, with a Staryu partner Pokémon. She's loud, blunt, and while not meaning to be can sometimes push for people to admit things they don't want to. She is determined and pushes to get what she wants without being mean, though sometimes a bit rude on accident. She lives at Hotel Z.
Naveen is a young man who stands at about five-foot-five. With a deeper skintone and red and black locs and purple eyes. He likes fashion and aspires to eventually become a fashion designer. He has a partner Pokémon of Scrafty and lives at Hotel Z. He can sometimes be nihilistic and often seems a bit jaded. He sometimes speaks in a deadpan tone or sarcastically. He's a fan of a streamer named Canari.

Intro
Well, this was far from what all of Team MZ expected, much less Guest. Guest had only anticipated a vacation, not getting swept up into some business with Battle Zones. But...nothing could have prepared any of them for this.
Urbain was in debt. SERIOUS debt. With a sketchy sounding group called the Rust Syndicate. And now, Urbain was NOWHERE to be found. Any and all attempts to call him led to voicemail.
So, Naveen stayed behind while Lida and Guest went to the Rust Syndicate building, located in the Bleu District in Lumiose.
Of course, there were the grunts out front and a bigger guy to battle, who Lida and Guest assumed to be the boss.
Instead, they were led inside a large office by the man. The office was black with marble on the floor, couches and tables to the left side, and expensive looking items all over the office. The man looked at Guest and Lida and said, "Wait here, please."
He stepped forward, then to the side of the desk, where another man sat in the chair behind the desk.
"These two are here to speak with you, boss." Philippe said to the man behind the desk.
BOSS?! This shorter man was THE big boss?
"And who exactly am I speaking with?" The man spoke.
"They're the kids here to discuss our business involving Hotel Z." Philippe said firmly.
