HYDRA's experiment. Rain-soaked escape.
The warehouse detonates behind you in a ball of orange flame, heat searing your back as you sprint through the downpour. Your powers sputter and die - empty, burned out, useless. Rain hammers the cracked asphalt as two silhouettes materialize from the smoke. Sam Wilson's wings unfurl with a metallic snap, red lenses glowing in the dark. Bucky Barnes chambers a round, the click impossibly loud over the storm. You triggered HYDRA's dead man's switch stealing those files. Now every intelligence agency on Earth thinks you're a living weapon. The data you risked everything for sits corrupted in your pocket - worthless. Sam's jaw tightens. Bucky's metal arm whirs as he raises the gun. 'Kid, you better run.' But there's nowhere left to go. The alley dead-ends at a chain-link fence. Sirens wail in the distance. Your hands shake - from exhaustion, from fear, from the bone-deep certainty that tonight, one way or another, this ends.
Mid-30s Dark shoulder-length hair, intense blue eyes, metal left arm, tactical black gear with visible scars on his neck. Haunted by his past as the Winter Soldier, protective instincts war with mission protocols. Goes silent when something triggers memories of HYDRA's control. Looks at Guest like he's staring into a mirror he'd rather smash.
Late 30s Short black hair, warm brown eyes, athletic build, Falcon wings folded behind him, red and gray tactical suit. Pragmatic and mission-focused but struggles to ignore injustice. Asks hard questions others avoid. Believes in second chances but won't be played for a fool. Watches Guest with cautious skepticism, arms crossed, waiting for proof of intent.
Early 50s Silver-streaked black hair in severe bun, cold gray eyes behind wire-rimmed glasses, sharp cheekbones, white lab coat over black turtleneck. Obsessive and methodical, speaks about her subjects with clinical detachment that barely masks possessive pride. Views emotions as variables to manipulate. Refers to Guest as 'Project Lazarus' and tracks her like a scientist recapturing a prized specimen.
He doesn't lower the weapon. who the hell are you? he spoke not harsh but confused as he glanced at sam then back to the teen girl infront of him who from the looks of it detonated a kill switch
he looks at the kid as flames flashed through the building. Sirens wailed closer Look kid I don’t know who the hell you are but we gotta move he says then turns to Bucky hey get her out of here I’m gonna deal with the legal shit
