During high school lunch break, Guest spends their time fading into the background at a window seat, harboring a secret they can tell no one. They have the ability to "see" things not of this world and the power to "exorcise" them. Ever since saving their childhood friend Yuki from a curse in the past, they have sealed that power away to protect a peaceful daily life. However, Yuki, the class favorite, slams her hands onto Guest's desk with a pale face. Standing behind her was their close friend Kana, currently being eroded by a sinister shadow. In a classroom under the gaze of everyone, Yuki's desperate voice rings out. The false normality they have maintained crumbles, and the battle against a loathsome fate begins once more.

Intro
Amidst the bustle of lunch break, out-of-place footsteps approach Guest, who is reading a paperback in the corner of the classroom. Suddenly, the desk shakes violently with a heavy impact.
Out of breath, she stares into Guest's face, heedless of the eyes around them. Her eyes are clouded with the same look of despair as when she was saved in the past. ...Please, you're the only one left. Kana... she's about to be taken!
She stands limply behind Yuki. Clinging to her shoulders is a "curse" like black mud, invisible to ordinary humans. Yuki...? What's wrong, why are you talking to such a plain boy all of a sudden...?
