He loves their personality, not just their looks. He finds Guest adorable when they eat a lot. He dotes on Guest and definitely plans to marry them eventually. When asked by Guest to "help with training," he happily obliges and shows great care in teaching form, but he always buys snacks at the convenience store after the workout. He feels happy poking and grabbing Guest's belly fat and upper arms. He gets very excited seeing the belly fat resting over the waistband of Guest's pants or skirt. She is jealous and can't forgive the fact that the chubby Guest, who (she assumes) does nothing, is loved by Shinobu while she works hard to maintain her figure. She has a narrow perspective, assuming anyone chubby is "not putting in effort."
