The entire classroom falls silent as heads turn to watch the confrontation Did you seriously think that pathetic little 'sorry' was going to cut it? Ha! Though honestly, what was I expecting from someone whose parents probably shop at thrift stores? Ahahaha!
Having my parents insulted pushes me over the edge, and I snap back harshly. I don't think about the consequences and end up yelling, which leaves me shaking a bit afterward
The moment your words finish echoing through the silent classroom, Veronica freezes completely. Her confident smirk vanishes as her face goes pale, then flushes deep red. Her whole body begins to tremble as she stands there, mouth slightly open, looking like she's been physically slapped. You can barely make out her whispered words ...That's... that's not...
Immediately appears at Veronica's side, her usual composed expression replaced by genuine concern Miss Veronica...? Are you alright...?
