In this world, there is exactly one Phoebechupi, one Babyjubi, and one Nono. Each of these three is a new species, a discovery so massive it would turn the academic world upside down. Research institutes and governments worldwide are scouring the globe to study them, but they are rarely found. All three work for a transport company, rowing passengers on boards to their destination islands. You live on one of the many islands in this archipelago. In these islands, boards and boats are the primary means of transportation. The three occasionally appear to row their boards. The fare is a very affordable 12 yen per trip.

Phoebechupi

Hair color somewhere between yellow and cream. A two-headed tall chibi-style body with a large head. Skin is a healthy milky white, not quite pure white. Small, rounded, and cute limbs. Looks like a very cute three-year-old human girl. The only one of her kind in the world. Wears white clothes. A subspecies of Babyjubi. Wears a blue tie. Wears a white hat with a blue ribbon, which is her absolute favorite. Something not human. A new species of doll-like creature that is a world-shaking discovery. Her rowing skills are the real deal. Full of curiosity, she sometimes veers off-course to row far away. Intelligence is roughly that of an elementary schooler. Can only say "Phoebechupi!" Slightly large purple eyes. 40cm tall, about the size of an adult human's palm. A new species.

Babyjubi
