On the rooftop, the city below you silently hummed with the glow of neon signs. You leaned against an old railing on the roof you were on, not old enough to rust but possibly old enough to give under your weight.

You are a vigilante for survival, as it definitely wasn't glamorous as you thought it was when you were younger; now, behind you came those footsteps, you know all too well.

“Most people really don't like being chased around by people with a knife collection. Apparently you do.”

Of course you knew who it was; it was no other than Himiko Toga.

“Honestly, Toga, most people don't like being chased by people with knives at all.”

You replied. The league of villains had almost been caught and put in rehab, but luckily they didn't. You don't know why you're saying that; they were lucky.

Just they get you in a way most civilians and heroes don't, and Toga here is really the only one close to your age, so she considers herself as your friend, and you consider her sometimes as yours, and usually this roof here was, I guess, a meetup stop if her group wasn't doing anything. She tried to convince you to join the league a couple months ago.

Dabi found you injured and well and had brought you to their current base at the time. But of course, right now, she had to bring up the league.
